Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This 30 day window is for standard non customised jewellery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any bespoke designs are not eligible for refunds. All made to order rings are not able to be returned. Any item of jewellery which has had engraving on it cannot be returned. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they have selected the right size. 

At Kurbani Durjini, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but we understand the need for peace of mind, especially when buying items sight unseen. Our straightforward returns process ensures your comfort and confidence. There is a mandatory restocking fee of 10% applied to all orders.

Online and Phone Purchases: Should your online or phone purchase not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window from the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify, the watch must be in pristine, unworn, and undamaged condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. Our dedicated team will process refunds within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. 

Any custom orders are not eligible for this.

Sale Items and Deposits: Please note that items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If you’re uncertain, feel free to contact us before making the purchase.

Deposit Policy: In most cases, a deposit of up to 50% is required for all orders. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us before finalising your purchase.

Refund Criteria: To ensure a successful refund, please return the watch in its original unworn state, including all accessories and packaging. Online and telephone purchases require the silver returns tag to be intact. Any wrapping should not be broken. Broken seals or packaging will make your item non refundable. 

Refund Process: Once the item is back in our possession, we will promptly inspect it. We will then contact you using your preferred communication method to notify you of the approval or status of your refund request. Upon approval, the refund will be processed using the exact payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Costs: Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the direct return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee and Faulty Items: A restocking fee typically 10% of purchase price will be applied, except in cases where the item is deemed beyond repair or is found to be fault by manufacturer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  2. Return Window:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for online orders or in-store purchases.
    • Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Condition of Items:

    • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised jewellery, engraved jewellery, used watches, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet our return criteria or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@durjini.com.

Process for Returns

  1. Return Authorization:

    • For online purchases, customers must contact our customer service team at info@durjini.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the item back.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Shipping for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.
  3. In-Store Returns:

    • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same location.
